JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose:

Develops and executes HR solutions to a variety of business clients which help achieve key business objectives and increase the effectiveness of their organizations. Coaches clients on all HR-related topics. Executes operational HR Tasks throughout the annual HR cycle. Is the primary contact person for employees, Management Teams and Divisional Heads.

Key responsibilities:

·  Day-to-day: is the primary point of contact for employees and Managers on all HR-related questions. Executes all operational HR tasks.
·  TOC: analyzes training and development needs of teams and individuals, builds annual training plans, calculates the budget impact and liaises with TOC team for execution. In many cases conducts the training and coaching session themselves. Assists all Managers in annual Talent and Performance Management cycle. Plans and prepares all necessary Team activities, actively participates in Strategic sessions and Annual Cycle conferences by preparing the HR Plan.
·  Organisation: proposes, calculates and executes changes in line with restructuring plans to fit future business needs vs organizational development. Understands the legal complexity to advise accordingly.
·  C&B: assists all Managers and employees in translating the C&B process into individual cases. Executes the requests on as-needed basis. Responsible for execution of annual C&B cycle with the help of C&B Team.
·  Establishes and appropriately leverages relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization
·  Communication: prepares all necessary communication to broader organization, actively participates in Management Team meetings to deliver communication on all HR Updates.

Requirements:

·  Previous experience in HR BP position of around 3 years
·  Good understanding of Russian labour law practices
·  Exposure to HR areas such as: talent management, performance management, compensation structures, recruitment
·  Ability to multi task and set priorities
·  Desire to understand the business complexity
·  Strong communication skills – ability to manage employees and managers at all levels in the organization
·  Hands-on doer who is focused on results
·  Team player
