- Administration - Answering the phone while greeting visitors in a busy reception area
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk
-Receive letters, packages and distribute them
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail when appropriate
personnel are unavailable
- Assist administrative assistants with clerical duties to include faxing, copying, and
organizing/maintaining files
- Answering questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions,
and other information requested
