JIB Installation & Test Electricians

Job description

Actemium UK are looking to recruit several JIB Installation & Test Electricians on a permanent basis to Support our ongoing growth.

We are looking to identify several Installation Electricians and Approved Electricians and an Electrical Supervisor with knowledge & experience of medium/high voltage networks including switching methods and relevant experience of previous Installation work on both Industrial and Commercial Projects, which are required to Support our New and ongoing future projects.

The main sectors in which we are currently and successfully operating in include: Food/Feed and Beverage, Paper, Wood, Metal Transformation, Automotive, Rail, Quarry, Electric Vehicle Charging and many other sectors.

Profile

We have vacancies based from Coventry, East Midlands, Merthyr Tydfil or Norton Canes.

You may be required to work at a number of client’s locations throughout the UK. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be flexible with travelling to multiple sites as well as the requirement for overnight’s away from home.

Typical Duties Include:

·         General LV Power Installation

·         Containment Installation

·         Testing & Inspection

·         Electrical Maintenance

·         Data Network Cabling

·         PLC & Controls

·         First and Second Fix Including Wiring/Trunking/Power Sockets Etc

·         Cable Pulling and any other associated duties

The Ideal Candidate will possess: CSCS Card or ECS Card/IPAF/18th Edition.
