Mission Summary

Merger & Acquisition

Valuation and financial analysis of company (DCF, Trading and  transactions multiples)

Conducted various research, sectors reviews and strategic of potential targets

Involved in the drafting marketing documents such as target review, and confidential information memorandum for buy-side assignments

Producing and maintaining various databases

Assisting in execution of deals (Due diligence process)

Project Management

Assist the Project manager on different project management tasks from design and engineering as well as procurement and site construction. Depending on the phasing of the project the candidate will have to adapt and integrate a team of engineer tasked to deliver the project according to the specification and design and following a specific program. Generally our programs are around 6months and the candidate will have the opportunity to see most phases of the project.

Learning Points

Project Management - You will gain experience in all aspects of the project starting from the bid stage through to completion, including design, procurement, site management, technical, commercial and financial control.

Merger & Acquisition - Market analysis and learning how to assist with a due diligence process and execution.

About you:

Studying Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering and/or Business Studies. Preferably in the last year of study.

Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong academic record

Great interpersonal skills

Ability to learn and use new systems quickly
