UNILEVER LEADERSHIP INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME (ULIP)

Human Resources

For students in their final year of university or fresh graduates, our Leadership Internship Programme is a six-month Programme that's all about building your leadership skills and getting to know us and our business inside out, while you work on real-life projects with extensive coaching and support from a line manager. You'll thrive with mentoring from senior leaders, the diverse experiences and by seeing the positive impact your work has on our business.

Over the internship period, you'll grow Unilever‘s most vital asset—our people. Shape Unilever's culture and drive continuous improvements across our business.

It's easy to apply for our UNILEVER Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) with these steps:

Stage 1: Registration & Application *Closing Date for applications – December 30 th , 2019

Complete an online form to apply to a single department.

Stage 2: Gamification

Complete an aptitude assessment: Short online games that analyze cognitive, emotional and social traits. If you pass, you'll move on to the third stage.

Stage 3: Digital Interview

Complete an On-Demand Digital Interview via our digital platform, HireVue. Record and upload your responses to function-specific questions on growing our business through innovation and technology. If you pass, you'll move on to the fourth stage.

Stage 4: Interview

Complete an in-person interview with the department's line manager. If you pass, you'll be accepted.
