R&D DEOS PACKAGING COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY

• Lead and coordinate pack activities and projects for Deodorant category: Innovation & renovation, cost reduction and margin improvement, complexity reduction, etc.

• Project management working with global, regional and local teams.

• Packaging specification management: primary, secondary, pallet, etc.

• Evaluate and lead trials and validations when needed, including transit trials, manufacturing trials, third parties, suppliers, etc.

• Support to quality, manufacturing, processing and formulation teams.

• Supply Chain and Marketing contact for Project implementation.

• Contact with suppliers and third parties.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated in Engineering (preferably)

• R&D Packaging experience.

• Cross functional influence and leadership (Technical and business interfaces).

• Pro-activity.

• Entrepreneur and owner mindset.

• External orientation to Ecosystems – Suppliers, startups, universities, etc.

• Experience with agile working methodologies.

• Spanish and English – writing and speaking (preferably).
