JOB PROFILE

Job Position: Marketing Transformation Coordinator

Function: Marketing Transformation

Main Purpose of Role

Drive competitive & profitable growth by increasing Marketing competitiveness and embedding activity systems that leverage Unilever scale and synergies across the 3 Divisions & the 4 LatAm MCOs

Main Accountabilities

As part of LATAM Marketing Transformation team, key accountabilities are:

· Innovation Transformation: implement new Innovation Process across LATAM, helping on detecting areas of opportunities on current dynamics (Mercury) as well as preparing ourselves for Future Fit Innovation (Innoflex)

· Fundamentals of Growth: guide and coordinate the landing of FoG in all countries (including small), educating about its importance as well as key metrics to follow

· Digital: PMO of Digital Marketing LATAM agenda, encouraging teams to share learnings as well as embeding Digital Marketing Capabilities across all Marketing Community.

Key Interfaces

1) Marketing team across LATAM, 2) Global and Regional teams related to Innovation Transformation Program, 3) LATAM Performance Management Team

· New Innovation Process in place across LATAM by H2 2020

· FoG embed across LATAM by Q2 2020

Relevant Experience

· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Solid Marketing skills (BD and BB)
· Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple priorities and “Flow to work” agenda
