KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Day-to-day operation management of major account (Modern Drug Channel)
· Contribution to prepare contracts and keep contact with the internal multifunctional team
· Three month promotional volume forecasting
· Analysis and development of forecasting process within Key Account team
· Constantly improving processes (new product listing, activity plan, logistics changes)
· Tracking of promotional ordering
· Monitoring customer performance by tracking sales figures, responsible for invoice and price accuracy
· Maintaining tight cooperation with senior key account manager, customer marketing managers, sales representative team, customer service and supply chain departments

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor degree
· Experience in customer development administration/sales support
· User-level MS Office knowledge
· Fluency in Hungarian and in English
· Good sense of responsibility and problem solving
· Accuracy with careful attention to details
· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
