Human Resources Internship (Brussels)

Looking for a challenging internship in HR, starting in July, Sept or October 2020?

Our HR teams within Unilever work hard every day to create an organization where each employee can be the best version of themselves, in the most suitable job and with the right skills.

As a HR intern at Unilever, you get the possibility to develop yourself on both a personal and professional level. You will be part of the team from the beginning and you will be included in various activities and projects.

Besides that, you will get your own responsibilities in different projects, both inside and outside Unilever. It is a great opportunity to develop the HR skills you have learned during your study in practice.

Your responsibility as an intern depends on the project in which you will be assigned to:

Employer Branding & Recruitment: Organising internal and external events, setting up social media campaigns, campus recruitment activities, participating in interviews, etc...

·
General HR: Supporting the HR Business Partners in employee life cycle reviews, helping develop learning & development topics, stakeholder Management.

·
Industrial Relations & Employee Relations: Developing HR policies and working conditions, developing the wellbeing program, sustainable employability, etc...

What we ask:
· You are an EU national.
·
You are enrolled as a student following a Bachelor or Master in HRM or Psychology in a European university (or equivalent institution).

·
You are available between 3 to 6 months from September 2020 (at least 32 hours a week).

·
You have a great knowledge of the English language (both oral and written), and ideally you speak Dutch as well as French.

· You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
· You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously.
·
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and feel comfortable with data analysis.

· You are able to work with a diversity of people and teams.
·
You are familiar with MS office tools in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
