As a Demand Fulfillment Planner is responsible for the leadership of the Demand and Supply Planning team's processes to optimise the factory's efficiency and meet service and inventory levels. .

You will ensure updated and agreed volume forecasts are submitted and aligned with financial forecasting. You will collaborate cross functionally and make informed trade-offs based on market priorities, such as innovations, big bets, customer strategy and highlight risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate cross functionally to make informed trade-offs based on market priorities (such as innovations, big bets, customer strategy).
· Highlight risks and opportunities.
· Lead crisis management collaborations and make decisions on stock allocation, fast track options and SKU priority.
· Represent Supply Chain in Innovation Taskforce, Portfolio Review, Sourcing discussions, WOOR process etc.
· Manage inventory pre-builds, de-risk plans and sourcing decisions to minimise business waste.
· Collaborate with Category & Sales teams on waste liquidation plans.

Qualifications and Experiences:

· A thorough knowledge of factory / supply / demand planning
· Communication skills to interface with & influence a range of internal stakeholders.
· High levels of computer literacy and expertise with computer-based ERP systems, preferably SAP.
· Analytical / problem solving capabilities.
· Substantial experience in various supply chain roles
· A demonstrated potential to be able to perform effectively at higher levels of the organisation and/or cross functionally.
· Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or a related discipline is highly regarded
· Advanced planning and scheduling software experience.
