Data Analytics Lead

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Lead providing leadership on ideation, analysis, delivery and improvement of reporting & data solutions considering as main objective to drive business results with data-based insights.

You will define the delivery pipeline for Analytics initiatives across the company and you will be the channel to provide analytics capability on top of any new project.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

· Lead Data & Analytics strategy across the company working closely with business stakeholders.
· Ensuring right understanding of cross-functional needs to translate them into advanced analytics capabilities based in data modelling and predictive models.
· High performing and scalable delivery of insights through the usage of analytical solutions.
· Development and execution of reports and dashboards to support internal and external stakeholders needs.
· Collaborate with external partners specialized in Data Modelling, Analytics and Technology field.
· Incorporate best Practices
· Budget management

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

· Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of Data Analytics initiatives or in a similar role.
· Great knowledge & passion of statistics and data analysis.
· Advanced Excel skills
· Must Have a Problem-Solving Attitude, being Data & Results driven and having excellent project management skills such as Organization, Communication and Collaboration.
· Strong influencing, facilitating working with stakeholders at all levels and across departments.
· Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
· Experience using Microsoft Power BI or other Business Intelligence platform.
· Languages: Fluent level of English & Spanish
