Job description
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Within UI, the Philippines business unit embodies all of the above like no other, with best-in-class digital marketing practices such as the top Unilever brand in ecommerce locally, speed to market with around 100 new innovations landed in market a year, and seeding to build brand that last having built the #2 face cleansing brand in the health & beauty channel. With many OFW every year, the team also works on a strong exporting business delivering Filipinos' favorite brands globally wherever OFWs may be. All these have led to consistent double-digit growth in the business with our sights set on doubling the business in 2 years.
JOB SUMMARY
Developing Category and Brand Strategy

Developing category and brand strategy for white spaces in Philippines
·
Work with CCBTs to unlock more growth opportunities for Unilever
·
Create innovation and digital marketing programs to unlock the opportunities
Establishing and Executing Business Plans
·
Supervising strategic business plan processes and speed-to-market for new product distribution across locations
·
Overseeing networks for new product launches with supply chain team and alignment with Category team on launches
Landing Brand Campaigns
·
Crafting clearly differentiating and unique brand positioning and campaigns for the brands and projects
·
Developing and landing brand campaigns for key seeding brands with communication plans across key touchpoints
Tracking and Monitoring Performance
·
Monitoring and ensuring key performance metrics are met
Stakeholder Management
·
Leading and aligning global cross functional teams to effectively manage and land projects
·
Aligning with local OpCo for synergies
·
Work with local BD teams to inspire retailers and distributors with brand and innovation launches
