ABOUT MARKETING IN UI:

· We build categories and brands like St Ives and Simple globally across markets, media and channels, by enhancing brand awareness and brand through creative and effective digital mediums. We launch Unilever brands in new markets and bring them to life.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Assistant Marketing Manager – New Zealand & Managed Geographies based in Singapore will play a key and strategic role in the achievement of doubling the UI NZ and Managed Geographies businesses. The person in this role will be supporting the Marketing Manager – ANZ & Managed Geographies to develop brand seeding models, leverage digital and shopper marketing to build brands rapidly, and lead cross functional teams to land innovations in market fast with impact.

Key Interfaces:

· UI Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain and Finance
· External agency partners
· External customers

RELEVANT SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial person
· Have strong track record of consistency in market delivery
· Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with key stakeholders
· Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams
· Have great project management and business process design skills
· 3 - 7 years of marketing experience in BD and/or BB
· A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Experience in ANZ and Asian markets
· Experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau
· Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment both F2F and virtually
