The User Research assistant will help the User Research team run playtests and ensure the smooth operation of the User Research team at Ubisoft Singapore on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

·  Help the UR team define methodologies and design surveys and questionnaire to ensure that playtests answer the development team’s questions
·  Recruit and accompany external participants before and during playtest sessions
·  Help setup the playtest room to ensure the smooth running of all sessions
·  Observe participants while they playtest in-development games
·  Report pertinent observations regarding participants behavior to the User Research team
·  Help the UR team gather quantitative and qualitative data to craft pertinent report for the team on the usability and the player’s appreciation of the game
·  Applicants should have a game-design or ergonomics background with an interest for player psychology
·  Ability to analyse and make sense of player data, translating them into useful, objective feedback
·  Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
·  Documentation skills and knowledge
·  Strong excel/ data analytics tools knowledge will be advantageous
