As part of the Talent Experience Team, you will support the team in growing, developing, motivating, and retaining talent to maximize their full potential. Through various initiatives and events, you will drive studio engagement and contribute to the overall Ubisoft employee experience. 

Some responsibilities you will own:

·  Assist in facilitation of Leadership Development Programmes; 
·  Contribute towards creation and execution of Employee Engagement initiatives; 
·  Manage on-boarding related tasks including scheduling and tracking of induction activities;  
·  Identify and liaise with external vendors for training programmes;  
·  Create promotional content and newsletters for internal communication.  
·  University undergraduate with a specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business or related fields 
·  Able to commit a minimum of 6 months, on full-time or part-time (3 days a week) basis
