What you will do

·         You will assist in the planning of social media strategy

·         You will build content calendar for Weibo and create meaningful and interactive content (including copywriting and visual assets) following the strategy

·         You will monitor the sentiment on the platform and proactively engage with followers

·         You will review data on the performance of social media platforms and adjust plans to optimize the outreach

·         You will assist Communications team to deliver memorable moments to employees through events and internal communications

·          你会时刻关注新媒体平台的粉丝趋势，与粉丝实时互动

·          你将拉出数据库找出我们可以改善的bug, 在增粉的路上狂奔

·          你将与公关团队一起搞最燃的派对！

·          Selected candidate must be available for a minimum of 6 months

·          >1 year of social media management experience on platforms like Weibo, Wechat

·          Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills (both in Chinese and English)

·          Forward-thinking, positive, outgoing and teamwork spirit

·          Efficient in Photoshop or equivalent design software

·          Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of team members in support

·          至少6个月实习时间

·          超过一年微博或微信等新媒体运营经验

·          优秀的中英文文案写作、编辑和校对能力，喜欢想新奇的点子

·          网感超强、快速响应趋势

·          熟练使用Photoshop或类似设计软件

·          爱探索，与合作部门积极沟通

·          A background in either Journalism, Marketing or Communications

·          A love for video games and understanding the youth and gamers

·          Knowledge/experience of website management are a plus 

·          新闻、市场营销或传播专业

·          热爱电子游戏，了解年轻人和游戏玩家的世界

·          具有网站管理知识/经验

·          Encourage applicants to submit their previous photoshop artwork with CV

·          欢迎候选人提交之前的PS作品
