In Ukraine Ubisoft has two studios, Ubisoft Kiev and Ubisoft Odesa, which focus on strengthening Ubisoft’s presence on all platforms, with the main expertize in PC. Ubisoft Kiev was established in 2008 and is one of the biggest GameDev studios in Ukraine that collaborated on blockbusters like Assassin’s Creed®, Far Cry®, Steep®, Watch Dogs®, Trials®, Rainbow Six®, Ghost Recon ® and more. Ubisoft Odesa was opened in March 2018 and takes part in the development of Ubisoft’s world-known franchises.

Responsibilities:
· Fulfill the recruitment plan for Quality Control department positions; provide update on the recruitment pipeline
· Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; using job portals
· Close collaboration with the local Universities to attract the potential candidates
· Drive full recruitment process for Quality Control positions (CV screening, technical tests, phone interview, HR interviews)
· Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
· Provide and receive necessary feedback to the candidates and the managers
· Support the HR Team in various projects
· Participate in HR initiatives and events
Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of recruitment process;
· Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
· Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English;
· Experience in IT industry would be a plus.
