In Ukraine Ubisoft has two studios, Ubisoft Kiev and Ubisoft Odesa, which focus on strengthening Ubisoft's presence on all platforms, with the main expertize in PC. Ubisoft Kiev was established in 2008 and is one of the biggest GameDev studios in Ukraine that collaborated on blockbusters like Assassin's Creed®, Far Cry®, Steep®, Watch Dogs®, Trials®, Rainbow Six®, Ghost Recon ® and more. Ubisoft Odesa was opened in March 2018 and takes part in the development of Ubisoft’s world-known franchises.

Ubisoft Odesa is looking to hire an Office Assistant / Receptionist to assist our office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and has a passion for the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills. Being proactive and positive in a fast-paced environment will make this candidate successful.

·  Provide office administrative support
·  Direct visitors to the right place and contact person, respect the deadlines, give clear information about the company, offer support in every situation encountered
·  Support studio’s events organization (team buildings, special occasion celebrations, etc.)
·  Maintain both incoming and outgoing post for the Studio including parcels and recorded deliveries;
·  Coordination of English/French/Russian classes
·  Order and monitor office supplies
·  Monitor office medical kits
·  Support HR team during organization of trainings, assessment centers, conferences, etc.;
·  Maintain internal library
·  Compose and/or edit various internal and external documents/letters, many of which consist of highly confidential/sensitive information;
·  Provide additional support to the studio workplace team during busy periods of work as and when required
·  Relevant Experience
·  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant training is desirable.

·  Creative, flexible and a good team player;
·  Self-motivated and pro-active with a strong work ethic;
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills;
·  Strong prioritization skills;
·  Computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications;
·  Must be flexible and be prepared to accept new challenges as they occur;
·  Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential
·  At least Intermediate English level is mandatory
·  Interest in the video games industry is beneficial but not essential
