Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is seeking an Online Programming Intern with a passion for pursuing a career in the gaming online domain. You will be supported in creating and contributing to various modules for online games played by millions of players. 

Key Responsibilities: 

·  Create various gaming components for online games that can support multi-million user bases
·  Write clean, robust, reusable code 
·  Follow existing development process and set standards 
·  Learn programming issues and concepts 
·  Work with a skilled and supportive programming team to ensure project goals are met
·  Have an  understanding of various protocols like HTTP and Sockets 
·  Have some knowledge of databases and be comfortable in using MySql or equivalent database 
·  Have some understanding of NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB 
·  Core programming understanding with a base in programming C/C++ or C# 
·  Comfortable with both Linux and Windows server environments 
·  Understanding of object oriented programming 
·  Be flexible in organizing the work as per the requirements 
·  Be a team player and has the ability to work in the constructive direction for the company, team and personal growth 
·  Should be fluent in English and should hold good communication skills to interact with various teams  
·  A passion for creating and playing games  
·  Not afraid to learn new technology and rapidly apply it in your daily work
