Working in a creative environment, the Level Designer implements the game rules and mechanics in the game levels. Together with the Creative Director and the Lead Level Designer, he shapes the game and player experiences throughout the game levels.

Responsibilities:

·  Using the Level Design Editors, the level designer builds and polishes the level structure and game progression in order to deliver the intended player experiences
·  Helps with ideas and feedback in the development of level design editors
·  If required, creates the cinematic sequences for the cut scene material. 

 

·  Passionate gamer with a solid video game culture
·  Analytical thinking: Capacity to quickly understand game design rules, mechanics, balancing concepts and techniques.
·  Creativity : think outside the box, being able to see things in a different perspective
·  Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
·  Good level in written/spoken English
·  Team Player
·  Scripting/programming knowledge is a plus
·  Experience with an existing level editor (i.e. Radiant, Unreal) is a plus
