We are now looking for a

Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a one-year temporary contract

You will play a central role in our Talent Acquisition function with varying tasks related to providing coordination and support throughout the recruitment life cycle. You will help create a stellar candidate experience and ensure an amazing journey for all candidates throughout the process. You will also be responsible for our participation in key Ubisoft level Talent Acquisition initiatives, such as the Graduate Program. On top of that, as your experience and skills develop, you can independently support our hiring managers in junior-level recruitments. You will also guide our international new hires through all the relocation practicalities (such as taxes and social security) and help them to settle in this happiest and safest country in the world.   

We are looking for somebody enthusiastic about the field of recruiting and who is joyful in providing outstanding service. We hope that you are an effective and friendly communicator and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and sometimes high-volume environment. You will need to be highly organized, effective in time management and goal orientated to be triumphant in your day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

·  Post job openings on the studio website and other job sites
·  Schedule onsite and remote interviews and make travel arrangements for international applicants
·  Preparation of work contracts and signing process of hired candidates
·  Organize our participation in Ubisoft level Talent Acquisition programs (for example Graduate Program)
·  Support in campus management activities (such as hosting student visitor groups or organizing recruitment events)
·  Give relocation advice and support for our international applicants and new hires and manage our collaboration with relocation consultants
·  Organize possible hires of trainees and summer workers

Our dream candidate

·  Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, human resources, communications or other relevant fields
·  Has a basic understanding of recruitment related topics - and is driven to learn more!
·  Has previous work experience in complex customer service roles
·  Has excellent communication and relationship development skills
·  Has strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
·  Pays strong attention to accuracy when it comes to critical details
·  Nurtures a growth mindset and is interested in developing processes
·  Is interested to learn and keep themselves informed about the changing rules and regulations regarding immigration
·  Has excellent English language skills and a good level of Finnish language is mandatory when interacting with the immigration authorities and other stakeholders

We also appreciate

·  Previous work experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR
·  Interest in games and a wicked sense of humor
