The Game Designer designs game systems and mechanics in line with the design and creative visions to achieve the best player experience.

 Responsibilities:

·  Autonomously defines one or several parts of the game system with respect to the creative direction;
·  Produces design or technical documents for part of the project;
·  Analyzes and anticipates the behaviors of game systems;
·  Uses game and player knowledge to support propositions and choices with references;
·  Communicates work regularly with other job families;
·  Provides constructive feedback on all areas of the game;
·  Is able to distribute elements in a way that optimizes learning.

 

·  Minimum 1 year of experience in game design;
·  Enthusiasm and desire to work in the game development industry;
·  Ability and desire to work in creative and collaborative teams;
·  Excellent communication skills;
·  Ability to write clear, concise documentation in English;
·  Proficiency in basic software such as word processing, spreadsheets, etc.;
·  Extensive game culture and ability to analyze game design in a market context;
·  Ability to manage his/her own time and work within deadlines.
