Within the HR Technology & People Analytics team, part of Ubisoft’s International Headquarter, you will join a multidisciplinary team that aims at developing tools to improve the digital experience of our collaborators, HR teams and HR analytics.

Being part of the Data-science team, under the responsibility of the Lead Data Scientist, you will contribute to the design of methodologies as well as the deployment of analytics tools allowing our HR community to better anticipate the future needs, in a company in ever-changing company.

As a result, your main missions include:

·  Being client driven, by collecting the need of internal clients as well as designing the best-fitting solution;
·  Creating and deploying various machine learning models, be it for natural language processing, turnover prediction, or recruitments forecasts;
·  Designing and contribution to statistical analyses
·  Active monitoring of technological developments
·  Communicating results and training end users

During or after an MsC in Data Science or statistics, you have acquired experience through either an internship or first contract as a Data Scientist, ideally in an international context.

·  You have a good understanding of machine-learning models and data-science libraries, and thus know that pandas are not only animals and that sklearn, scipy and seaborn are not words from a galaxy far far away;

·  You haven’t lost any Monopoly game (well, any tabletop game) since you have learned to use statistics and probabilities;
·  You could teach trigonometry to a 3-year-old thanks to your outstanding popularization skills, and you would do the same for data-science subjects to technical and operational audiences;
·  Of course, you speak English well, since this job description is in English.
