Ubisoft is one of the leaders in entertainment, with a rich portfolio of well-known brands worldwide. In Ukraine Ubisoft has two studios, Ubisoft Kiev and Ubisoft Odesa, which focus on strengthening Ubisoft's presence on all platforms, with the main expertize in PC. Ubisoft Kiev was established in 2008 and is one of the biggest GameDev studios in Ukraine that collaborated on blockbusters like Assassin's Creed®, Far Cry®, Steep®, Watch Dogs®, Trials®, Rainbow Six®, Ghost Recon ® and more. Ubisoft Odesa was opened in March 2018 and takes part in the development of Ubisoft’s world-known franchises.

We growing and we are looking for Handyman to join our studio. 

Job Responsibilities:

·  Managing the full cycle of construction projects
·  Communication and collaboration with suppliers (procurement, authorities, technical services, building security)
·  Organization of cargo handling, goods delivery
·  Control company's needs of material, spare parts, and accessories
·  Fire protection, air-conditioning, electrical, water and sewerage issues’ management
·  Routine office renovations and one-off fixing
·  Repair of equipment and furniture, plumbing and electrical works
·  Record keeping and cost optimization

Requirements:

·  Enthusiasm and drive to work in game dev company
·  Calm, self-organized, responsible, initiative
·  Strong knowledge of construction management principles and methodologies
·  Initiative, honesty, kindness, and sociability
·  Be ready for overtimes and physical exertion
·  Good negotiation skills
·  Good English skills
·  Computer experience (Internet surfing, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype, etc.)
·  Knowledge of Hard- and Software will be a plus
·  Driver's license will be a plus
