What you will do: 

· 
Work among the Live Ops team and mainly focus on one AAA mobile game 

· 
Conduct full lifecycle analysis including requirements, activities, findings, and course of actions presentation  

· 
Filter data and clean data by reviewing reports or dashboards to correct data problems. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and knowledge 

· 
Create and improve dashboard for measuring, assessing or forecasting games KPIs 

· 
Collaborate with dev team to improve analytics and reporting workflow 

· 
Work closely with the live operation team to deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to create report templates based on operation needs  

· 
Work closely with the HQ BI team to follow Ubisoft quality standards for data tracking in your project.  

· 
Required to grasp and adapt to new technologies and analytics skills rapidly and resolve complex data issues across multi-tier, multi-platform system 

What you should be equipped with: 

· 
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in computer, software, statistics or related   

· 
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst with at least 1-2 years’ experience 

· 
Strong knowledge of SQL and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze with attention to detail and accuracy  

· 
Experience with visualization and analytics packages (eg: Tableau) and development of mock-ups and dashboards. 

· 
Combination of technical understanding and business/operation understanding 

· 
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and the ability to handle multiple roles, responsibilities. Strong problem formulation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and succinct manner  

· 
Passionate about gaming and familiar with major gaming genre and game industry  

· 
Good English ability in both spoken and written
