Tasks:

Play a key role in the development of the new HR Analytics platform by designing and developing meaningful, easy to use and insightful dashboards
In collaboration with the HR analytics platform project manager you will:

·  Understand end-user needs
·  Facilitate features prioritization
·  Participate to sprints
·  Design mock ups along with our UX Expert
·  Develop dashboards
·  Run tests and ensure data quality and dashboard smooth execution
·  Design, develop and implement reports and analytics solutions for the business (HR and different stakeholders) and make large amounts of data easy to understand
·  Work closely with the analytics project manager and stakeholders to deploy a centralized data solution for all HR KPIs and Analytic

Leverage your expertise to make recommendations on:

·  the best data set to use
·  the best technical solutions to take
·  new metrics and KPIs to deploy

Participate to multiple analytics related projects
Drive ad-hoc analysis to answer key questions from our the HR community and make recommendations as per how to automatize
Keep in touch with product and business owners of the HRIS tools to identify the useful and relevant data to create more valuable dashboards
Work in collaboration with Business intelligence department and IT I/IT teams in order to structure the database, test, validate and implement the new objects in the reporting tool Microstrategy, ensuring sustainability and maintenance.
Help shifting the organization from a raw data to an analytical mindset
 

Key responsibilities:

The BI and Data Analyst provides useful, reliable and clear insights of data through interactive dashboards & visualizations to stakeholders. The dashboards created and deployed by the BI and Data Analyst facilitate faster and better business decision making.

·  Bachelor or master degree in the following fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.;
·  At least 1-3 years’ experience in an analytics and dashboard design related n analytical role;
·  Strong Excel and SQL skills with the ability to learn other analytics tools;
·  Proficient with reporting and data visualization tools such: Microstrategy /SAP Business Objects/ Power BI/ Tableau/ Other reporting tools;
·  Capable to work in English in an international environment;
·  Experience in Agile methodology;
·  Good communication, planning & organizing skills;
·  Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to learn quickly and independently new concepts;
·  Good understanding of ETL Processes.
