Job Description

·  Total Solar’s ambition is to develop in the next 5 years an international leadership and profitable presence in the solar Distributed Generation (DG) market,aiming at 10 to 20% marketshare in the Middle East and other key selected markets.
·  The Assistant Sales Manager will be part of the Sales Team and be responsible for supporting the Key Account Managers and Sales Managers in the daily activities

·  Supporting the DG business including but not limited to Sales, Business Development and Marketing
·  Analyzing the market and Identifying strategic clients and projects
·  Identifying and interacting with senior management (C-level)
·  Market research and Telemarketing of identified customers to gauge their interest in solar and eventually Planning introductory meetings for the Key Accounts Managers and Sales Managers
·  Structuring high value winning proposals
·  Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer requirements
·  Gathering market intelligence and Conducting competitor’s analysis
·  Developing tools, reports, templates to run the department in a more efficient way
·  Maintaining CRM (Sales Force) up-to-date
·  Coordinating with technical and commercial teams

Candidate profile

·  Business School – Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent
·  Experience in Sales and knowledge in Solar or renewables energy is a big plus
·  Good communication skills and Strong Analytical skills
·  Quick Learner, Out of the box thinker and proactive
·  Excellent in PowerPoint and Excel
·  Fluent in English Network across the UAE is a plus
