Our Store Implementations Team based in Watford is currently looking for a

 

Project Analyst

 

The Project Analyst will be at the heart of everything the team does and underpin the many activities required to allow us to:

·  Open 40-50 new stores across Europe each year. Every new store requires 30+ IT-related activities, of varying complexity, to be accurately executed.
·  Collect and report on KPIs to maintain the quality of our new store installations.
·  Refit stores in our 600+ estate on a 7 year cycle.
·  Relocate stores moving to new sites.
·  Convert stores into TK Maxx / Homesense combination stores.
·  Maintain an accurate profile of the IT hardware deployed in our store estate.

 

In addition, the Project Analyst assists with the background tasks for the various tech refresh projects we run alongside the new store and refit programme.

Role requirements: 

·  Strong organisational skills.
·  Excellent communication skills to request activity, draw out information and socialise issues and progress.
·  Attention to detail to make sure all tasks are executed accurately.
·  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationship with the team’s Implementation Project Managers.
·  A willingness to take responsibility to see issues through but also to escalate situations if required.
·  A calm, analytical approach with a sense of urgency where problems are escalating or deadlines appear in danger.
·  A sense of curiosity to thoroughly understand the store environment and a thirst for continuous improvement.
·  Knowledge of the following would be useful, though not essential:
·  ITIL, SQL, Service Now, IT Networks.

 

The Project Analyst will be encouraged to visit our 3rd party vendors and our stores during the installation and opening phases to further enhance and deepen their understanding.
