Meet Michael

 

Michaelis aLearning and Development Administratorin ourHuman ResourcesDepartment.  He is responsible for coordinating and administering all related training activities of the Buyer Toolkit training program. In addition, this position is required to identify and coordinate the appropriate resources needed as well as to develop schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and training events.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of ourLearning and Development Administrator,we’d ask you to do the following:

 

·  Provide administrative assistance including preparing documents, inquiries, arranging meetings including room bookings
·  Support delivery of training including scheduling, contacting participants, training room preparation, logistical preparations and evaluation processes and coordinating Buyer Toolkit (BKT) materials to be available for training participants
·  Support planning and implementation of GMI project tasks including tracking of project tasks, contract trainer hours, maintaining BTK inventory levels and other resources as needed
·  Maintain Associate training records, schedules, registration process and evaluations
·  Review and maintain BKT Library on Sharepoint with any relevant training updates and changes
·  Run regular reports from Excel, SharePoint and other related tools as need to provide project team with status updates

·  Minimum of a high school diploma required
·  1 to 2 years of related administration work experience
·  Good administration skills including word processing, processing purchase orders; must have MS Office applications experience
·  Good problem solving, analytical and research skills to identify, resolve issues; ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports
·  Excellent organizational and time management skills including prioritizing tasks time, meeting deadlines, working with short time frames
·  Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work independently and within a team environment and build relationships at all levels of an organization including Associates, GMI Project team members, Merchant Leaders, Merchants, EA’s and HR team
·  Previous experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) considered an asset
