Job Summary:

The position will be responsible for minimizing eCommerce fraud losses and protecting the Company brand image by validating customer order information, and enhancing the online experience for our customers by ensuring that TJX Digital meets or exceeds service levels. The Associate will work within the Loss Prevention Team and collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service and Finance as well as external partners.

Major Areas of Responsibility

· Responsible for minimizing eCommerce fraud losses by reviewing and validating day to day customer orders and credit card information. This includes communication with customer, and/or partnership with banks or other 3 rd party sources to confirm and validate information
· Decides appropriate outcome or next steps, such as confirming if the order can be shipped, further contact with customer is required, or orders are to be cancelled.
· Responsible for rejecting fraud orders; escalating issues as needed
· Responsible for monitoring and reviewing Chargeback disputes, deciding on appropriate course of action and response
· Ensures proper documentation is gathered for chargebacks
· Responsible for understanding order management and customer services tools and systems; Researches and responds to inquiries from Customer Service related to ecommerce and payment method
· Researches and responds to 3 rd party fraud alerts
· Ensures payment process follows company policy and procedures.
· Responsible for maintaining SLAs (service level response times) while mitigating risk to the Company
· Initiates cases based on transaction patterns
· Performs other duties as assigned
