Job Title: Technical Assistant
Job Purpose :
Technical Assistant for Engineering Department
Profile (Skills & Qualifications):

Must have: Any Degree

Nice to have:

·Experience in relevant Industry.

·Excellent communication Skills

·Sound Knowledge in Computer operation

·Working knowledge and Experience in Microsoft office Tools- MSWord, MSExcel, PowerPoint etc...

·Specific skills in collating data, preparing charts, Linking of data and extraction of reports from Excel

·Data Management Skills

·Excellent administrative skills

Main Accountabilities:

a.Coordinate within Engineering Disciplines

b.Preparation of Various Reports, Invoices

c.Liaison with department heads for meetings

d.Support to Engg Head

e.Preparing Sub-Contracts documents

f.Arranging meeting rooms and provide necessary assistance.

g.Preparing MOM and follow-up with deciplines for action points

h.Support to Business Development Team

i.Formatting the proposal documents

j.Preparing presentations

k. Arranging hotel booking and assisting for visa process for employees on deputation or business visa, in liaison with Travel Department
