Are you our new Regional Personnel Coordinator in TechnipFMC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia?

Job Purpose

·  To provide a regional focal point for Asia and Australia Subsea Projects and support Offshore Personnel Services (OPS)
·  in T-MOS Aberdeen with the provision of compliant offshore crew. Support with the consolidation of the Project /
·  Regional specific needs and requirements for all worksites in the APAC region.

Job Scope

·  Work in close co-operation with OPS to ensure smooth mobilisation and demobilisation of Offshore Personnel to both on and offshore locations and in accordance with Project crew change schedule

Main Accountabilities

·  Responsible to establish the first project budget / forecast based on handover bid from Sales Department.
·  Provide a focal point and ensure efficient comms are maintained between OPS, the Project teams and T-MOS
·  Regional Manager on personnel matters
·  Ensure Project kick-off meetings are arranged in good time and relevant team members from OPS are in attendance, where possible (i.e. Lead, Visa Specialist)
·  Consolidate the Project specific needs and requirements at early stage of the Project preparation
·  Keep the Offshore Personnel Leads advised of Project requirements and any change throughout the campaigns
·  Ensure that documentation is provided in good time to Project Logistics
·  Maintain and report on status of Project specific documentation, visas, work permits etc
·  Support OPS with the checking of compliance of Offshore Personnel prior to mobilisation, identifying and highlighting any gaps as early as possible.
·  Support OPS with the sourcing and mobilisation of personnel from local agencies
·  Ensure issuance by OMT's of performance feedback on personnel from the local agencies and passed to TOMS HR
·  Provide local support for emergency situations related to offshore personnel mobilisation, demobilisation, MEDEVAC etc.
·  Rearrange travel arrangements made by OPS if required to support urgent Project changes within time zone

You are meant for this job if

·  5 preferably 10 year experience in Offshore Crew Logisitc coordination
·  Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Strong organisational skills
·  Excellent command of English language – both written and verbal
·  Team player
·  Offshore personnel logistics experience
·  Multi culture experience
