We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer , reporting to the Quality Manager

Job description
·  Working as part of the Quality Function which may be deployed into one of three distinct areas; Operations Support, PMA (Projects) or Business Improvements.

·  Support & enhance product throughput whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards by creating strong relationships and utilizing LEAN practices.

·  Understand customer contract requirements and apply those to or execute against our requirements via Quality Plans/Quality Matrices/Quality Specifications.

·  QN (Quality Notification) Handling - Facilitate via NRB (Non-Conformance Review Board) to ensure QN data completeness and accuracy prior to closure.

·  Analyse, report and act on performance data in order to increase throughput and RFT performance

You are meant for this role if you have:

·  A HND within an Engineering or Quality discipline or a HNC plus experience within Quality, Production or Engineering disciplines . A degree is advantageous.

·  Strong experience in Quality, Production or Engineering from a similar environment.

·  Awareness of core manufacturing processes & practices such as; forging, fabrication, machining, coating, welding and pressure testing.
