Job purpose: Is in charge of collecting, organizing and managing all documentation needed for a proposal, giving support the proposal management team.

Reporting lines and interactions:

Functionally reports to : Proposals Department Manager

Operationally reports to : Proposal Manager

Directly supervises (operationally) : N/A

Profile:

Must have:

- Good English

- Computer Skills – Microsoft applications

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Main accountabilities

She/he is in charge of collecting and organizing with accuracy all the proposal documents following the company procedures and instructions given by the proposal manager

Collect employee CV during proposal, requesting directly updates by employees.

Ensure the correct signature workflow is followed

Ensure proper electronic archive of all proposals directly handled maintaining the Proposal database.
