Main mission :

In our Loading Systems segment, attached to the Global Services Manager, you work in a team of 15 people.

In this context, your missions will be :

· 
Produce customer site intervention specifications upon request by collaborating with the technical experts and following the clarifications sent by the client,

· 
Ensure excellent communication:

· 
Externally, with our clients and translate, if necessary, their requests in line with our services,

· 
Internally with the various departments for a better quality of our services,

· 
Collaborate with other team members to put in place the best pricing strategy, especially in case of major repairs, mixed offers (goods + service) or framework contract,

· 
Prepare, send and follow quotes with customers and Account Managers,

· 
Work in collaboration with the technical experts to establish the provisional schedule of the actions to be performed and the availability of our service technicians,

· 
Ensure the revision of the contract / order (commercial, legal, financial, delivery conditions) and ensure the registration and validation.

Profile and expected skills :

· 
You hold at least a Bachelor degree or 2 years after High School degree in sales administration or technical sales,

· 
You have 5 years of experience in creating commercial offers, ideally in an industrial environment,

· 
You are recognized for your relational skills, in terms of negotiation and commercial presentation both internally and with the company's external actors, in a multicultural environment,

· 
You are aware of the General Conditions of Sale and contract reviews,

· 
You are organized, rigorous, have sense of priorities, and are resourceful,

· 
You speak English fluently,

· 
You master the Office pack. The knowledge of SAP would be a plus
