Project DocumentController

As Project Document Controller you will ensure that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled and distributed using project applied systems. RESPONSIBILITIES

· 
Register Supplier Documents into SAP and E-Plan and follow up approval process

· 
Follow up approved PO related documents from suppliers in CS Goods Receipt mailbox and upload into SAP

· 
In charge of the Expeditor role, handling internal requests and send back information to suppliers

· 
Follow up quality deviations in supplier and assists in reporting deviations through SAP Quality Notifications

· 
Create, quality check and distribute reports and department / project correspondence

· 
Create, quality check and distribute department / project documentation

· 
Other tasks within Support Services Team

REQUIREMENTS

· 
Bachelor Degree

· 
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

· 
Knowledge of ERP systems will be advantage (SAP)

· 
Very good command of English

· 
Good communication skills and team-player spirit

· 
Attention to details, accuracy and ability to work with big amount of data
