Roles & Responsibilities

The function of this position is to plan manufacturing of assigned parts to meet project related schedules.

Key elements of this position include :

·  Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
·  Develop and review production plan with Team Lead for approval.
·  Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
·  Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
·  Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

Qualifications

·  Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
·  3 – 5 years Manufacturing Management Experience.
·  Must demonstrate strong negotiation skills, planning skills and strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with co-workers and suppliers in a team-oriented environment.
·  Excellent negotiating skills and interpersonal skills.
·  Good written and verbal communications.
·  Microsoft PC skills experience required and versatile in handing data.
·  Understand MRP/ experience in SAP will be an advantage.
·  Proactive and willing to learn.
·  Willing to accept role rotation within Materials Management as and when needed.
·  Willing to perform overtime as and when required.
