We are looking for a Process engineer (Specialized in Ethylene) to join our Process Design Department in Zoetermeer.

At TechnipFMC in Zoetermeer we are focused on improving the already high-end technology of cracking furnaces. Job description

As a Process Engineer you will ensure that the latest state of Technip's Process technology is applied in the process design and engineering within the project/proposal specifications, authority requirements and other contractual obligations. You will ensure, that for the work done, the design basis and contract information are complete. As part of you daily affairs you will acquire any missing data and seek clarification of ambiguous information via the proposal/project organization. Furthermore, you will approve all process design and engineering documents to make sure that all documents are correct.

As Process Engineer within TechnipFMC you will focus on:


·Performing of Process simulations, within the scope of the project

·Prepare Process documentation, such as Heat and Material Balances, Process Data Sheets, Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrument Diagrams and Process Descriptions;

·Prepare bid evaluations and recommend suitable vendors;

·Represent TPB as a process engineering contractor and specialist in meetings with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.

Who are you?

As a Process engineer within TechnipFMC, you are a natural inquisitive person with an out of the box mindset. You like to pioneer in breakthrough projects! Furthermore you recognize yourself in the following points:


·Analytical Ability: you are able to unravel complicated problems or situations and subsequently put them in order and formulate these in a clear way. You do this with high accuracy;

·Strong Verbal and written skills: you are able to bring forward ideas and opinions in an understandable language to your stakeholders. Both during verbal and written presentations;

·A true team member: you are able to execute tasks in and with a team; contribute to the group harmony and to maximize commitment of the members for your team's goal;

·Education: A background in Chemical Engineering (Bsc or Msc) and experience with Ethylene production;

·Language:You have excellent command of the English language (Dutch is big advantage).
