Are you our new Offshore Safety Passport (OSP) Coordinator in TechnipFMC, Kuala Lumpur?

Job Purpose


To ensure the offshore Safety passport management services is managed in a consistent and competent manner in accordance with project / company requirements, standards and procedures


Main Accountabilities

¡  Read, understand and implement all applicable company/ project policies, practices and procedures, ensuring at all time that the safety passport is applied and approved in timely manner for the offshore mobilization in order not to interrupt the mobilization plan.
¡  Be well versed with the Client's OSP applications processes and requirements
¡  Responsible and constantly engage with Project HSE Managers, TMOS crewing department and Logistics Department for OSP applications, tracking until approved, collection of Original Documents and collection of OSP. Should the application is rejected, effort needs to be taken to rectify the situation and resubmit the application
¡  To arrange for Offshore Medical Appointment (e.g Petronas Medical/Shell Medical/OGUK Medical) through project logistics agent
¡  To arrange Project specific required Trainings (ie. Travel Safely by Boat (TSBB), HLO, HRO, etc…)
¡  Arrange for and follow up on the receipt of Petronas Medical for any crew required to support the OSP application
¡  To organize PTW Level 1 or Level 2 trainings and assessments as according to the training matrix for all personal going offshore and upon the completion of the training, submit applications online to acquire the Contractor Competency Card.
¡  Update and track Project Offshore Crews Training Matrix with the data related to OSP and PTW requirements.
¡  To organize company inductions and pre-mobilization briefings
¡  To provide support to other disciplines as deemed necessary; in ensure personal is available to be mobilize.
¡  To assist in MEDEVAC onshore patient management with consultation from Project HSE Manager/ BU HSE Manager.
¡  To ensure that the documents related to OSP application are uploaded in the ‘Crew Database Sharepoint' and those documents are valid.
¡  Maintain and develop the ‘Crew Database Sharepoint' making necessary changes with the assistance of the IT Department if necessary.

¡  Academic Qualification: Computer / IT litterate / Medical knowledge preferred
¡  Years of Working Experience 10
¡  Specific knowledge /skills (if any) Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Database development
