MMR Coordinator (Maintenance, Modification and Repair)

As MMR coordinator you have the responsibility to plan, coordinate and follow up maintenance, modification and repair activities with a target to deliver on time and within budget.

In this role you will have direct contact with customers, and may be assigned to support multiple customers both internally and externally.

TOP LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ā·  Ensuring that all assigned work tasks are performed in accordance with TechnipFMC policies and HSEQ requirements
Ā·  Planning and coordination of Maintenance, Modification and Repair activities for both internal and external customers
Ā·  On time delivery and cost control for MMR activities
Ā·  Preparation of commercial documents for review and approval
Ā·  Risk management when performing MMR activities and communication of potential risks to MMR Manager
Ā·  Provide key input to help develop and continuously improve local department processes and procedures

MAIN TASKS

Ā·  Plan and coordinate MMR activities
Ā·  Create execution plans as required for MMR activities as part of the planning process to provide a framework for execution
Ā·  Ensure all MMR jobs are executed on time and within budget.
Ā·  Prepare and hold ā€œpre-production meetingsā€ and ā€œkick-off meetingsā€ for MMR activities both internally within MMR team, and externally for sub-contracted services as required.
Ā·  Create, follow up, and close out service orders in SAP for MMR activities.
Ā·  Follow up work package with the workshop and sub-contractors.
Ā·  Work closely with MMR Engineer to ensure engineering assessments and dispositions are completed on time.
Ā·  Work closely with Material Administrator (MA) to drive procurement of spares as required, and follow up on deliveries.
Ā·  Create and follow up purchasing requisitions for third party services.
Ā·  Follow up subcontractors as required, including face to face meetings and visits to their premises.
Ā·  Prepare quotations for review and approval.
Ā·  Prepare invoice documents for review and approval.
Ā·  Report progress on execution of MMR jobs, and forecasting.
Ā·  Maintain an HSE and Quality mindset at all times.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:

Ā·  Sound Technical knowledge
Ā·  Bachelorā€™s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Technical qualification is preferred (Relevant work experience in lieu of formal education will be considered)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Ā·  Surface Wellhead & Production Equipment within Oil & Gas industry preferred
Ā·  Experience related to Maintenance, Modification and Repair of products in the Oil & Gas Industry preferred
Ā·  Commercial experience is preferred
Ā·  Experience of reading technical drawings and bill of materials is desirable

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Ā·  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, other department personnel and customers.
Ā·  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is critical.
Ā·  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

Proactive mindset, and not afraid of taking necessary action to retrieve feedback.

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE :

Ā·  Knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment, tooling and accessories is desirable.
Ā·  Knowledge of industry standards; API, ISO and NORSOK is desirable.
Ā·  SAP experience is preferred
Ā·  Excel knowledge is desirable
Ā·  Knowledge of refurbishment and recertification processes.
Ā·  Basic financial and commercial awareness is essential.
