Job description
Reporting to the O&M Lead Engineer, your main responsibilities are:
· Know the risk associated with the scope and anticipate, mitigate them
· Develop procedures as per agreed MDR
· Execute the scope of work following approved procedures
· Ensure that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule, and report any deviations to the PC&C&SU Manager
· Ensure that any deviations has been recorded and approved by competent parties.
· Support Subcontractor in their day to day activities in ensuring Workfront by deleted blockers, and preparing the works (Subcontractor scope).
· Supervise subcontractors resources for the execution of day to day activities (Contractor scope)
· Report daily to the PC&C&SU Manager on the results of the activities performed.
· Read and understand project standard and overarching project procedure, including HSSE and Technical Method statement
· Participate to the development of the Operations and maintenance engineering document
· Support the subcontractors in charge of a part of Maintenance Engineering SoW.
· Ensure activities in carried out in respect of the budget and the progress measurement.
· Ensure to have adequate competent resources and manpower to perform the O&M SoW.
· Develop and revise throughout the project duration the maintenance Engineering execution plan and procedures.
· Coordinate and take an active role in the O&M Team mobilized on site
· Provide support to commissioning team in ensuring the operation of the facilities as per commissioning requirement
· Work in integrated team with Client to maintain the plant.
· Coordinate with engineering discipline and execution of RBI, RAM, and HFE study
· Ensure that operability and maintainability aspects of the facilities are addressed
· Coordinate with procurement spares parts management
· Provide input required for CPY CMMS population
You are meant for this job if you have/ are:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Onshore or Offshore Oil & Gas Industry in a similar or relevant position and segment
· Recognized Technical qualification for the Position
· Confirmed experiences and knowledge to carryout efficiently and safely commissioning and start-up activities.
· Knowledge of Completion tools, Office package, CMMS
