Experienced LIFE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN with global vessel experience

At Technip Singapore, we are looking for an experienced Life Support Technician to join our multicultural offshore workforce, supporting TechnipFMC Marine Operations Services (T-MOS).

Job description

·  Assisting with all relevant aspects of the dive system including, Sat control panels, Hyperbaric Lifeboat launch evacuation, dive system operational and emergency procedures
·  Liaising with the Life Support Supervisor, Dive Supervisor and Dive Technicians as to the readiness of the equipment and personnel under his directauthority
·  Ensuring a detailed daily log is kept of all diver movements, dive activities, systembreakdowns
·  Actively participating in feedback and review of Dive Manuals, updating Dive Systems Operations/ Emergency Manual, Dive System Design Documentation and developing emergencytraining/drills
·  Chamber environmental control and gas analysis are maintained within companyguidelines
·  Dive system emergency training and familiarisation is carried out in accordance with company guidelines
·  Dive system firefighting equipment operational awareness and all relevant personnel are fullyfamiliarised
·  All pressure related injuries/ incidents are dealt with in accordance of the company manuals, with any additional local legislative requirements reportedappropriately
·  All equipment entering the chamber complex has been checked for compatibility and fit forpurpose
·  Logging and supervision of administering medicines as advised by a qualifieddoctor
·  Maintaining system storage and any changes affecting the integrity of the divesystem
·  Diver briefings are carried out in accordance with company guidelines and loggedappropriately
·  Ensure all system checks and operations are carried out by competentpersonnel
·  Assist in planning and ongoing management of quantities of gases and consumables to meet operational and minimum levels
·  Ensure company hygiene procedures for chamber internal and external are followed and logged appropriately
·  Logging of any incidents involving equipment malfunction or failure
·  Ongoing personnel mentoring, appraisals, feedback and assistance with competencyportfolios
·  Continued logging of all relevant details within their personnel logbook

You are meant for this job if you have

·  IMCA recognised Assistant LST training course, IMCA LST Certificate UK and Norwegian Legislation
· 
Meets the minimum IMCA requirements for experience andcompetency

· 
Completed a recognised Advance First Aid/ DMTcourse

· 
Valid Offshore European SurvivalCertificate

· 
Valid Offshore MedicalCertificate

· 
Completed Norwegian HSE regulations and safety delegates course(Norway)
