Job description

Within the Supply Chain department, ensuring the purchases and sub-contracting activities, you will be involved in a project, reporting to Supply Chain Manager. As a part of this department, you will manage purchases, equipment or sub-contracts required for the execution of the project.

Your main responsibilities include:

·  Manage relations with suppliers and sub-contracting companies.
·  Audit and evaluate the companies
·  Prepare tenders on the basis of technical specifications
·  Manage tenders' analysis from external sources and compare them.
·  Negotiate technical and trade terms
·  Advise in project management in keeping with costs and offshore installation planning
·  Assign the order or the agreement and finalize the contractual documents
·  Manage the implementation by ensuring that companies comply with their duties
·  Manage litigation / claims of companies till the closure;
·  Assess the suppliers and the subcontractors at the end of the project and provide feedback to the Supply Chain division,
·  Regular reporting to the Supply Chain Manager

You are meant for this role if you have/ are:

·  Higher education (Business School or general engineer) preferably
·  Graduated recently or hold a few years of experience in a similar position in an engineering or construction company
·  You can easily work in multicultural environments.
·  Self-driven and autonomous
·  Fluency in English
·  Mobile for short trips abroad
