Responsibilities/ Missions:

Key Activities:

This role (Jeevan User Access โ€“ Associate/Sr.Associate) will be primarily responsible for managing access of users in IFS ERP - Jeevan. You will be required to work with end users, support team across the organisation to grant access and resolve access related issues.


Business Support
ยท  Processing Jeevan User access Request
ยท  Initiating and Managing Quarterly - User Access Review in HARP portal
ยท  Validating access approval and Segregation of duties on Request
ยท  Resolving day to day queries of customers / Business Stakeholders
ยท  Maintaining approvals / change documents (Role vs approver matrix) for audits.
ยท  Request / Incident management in ticketing tools.
ยท  Supporting internal teams for blocking issues.
ยท  Collection of evidence from users of SOD mitigations.
Key Interactions:
ยท  Customer's Jeevan Teams and Business Stakeholders
Essential:
ยท  Solid customer service / client facing experience
ยท  Demonstrable knowledge/skills of ITIL practice.
ยท  Exposure in User Access Management in any ERP (preferably IFS) or IT
ยท  Experience of any ticketing tool (managing request / incident)
ยท  Good communication skills.
ยท  Good working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft office tools.
Preferred:
ยท  Experience in IFS User Access Management / L1 Support.
ยท  Experience of Service Now ticketing tool.
ยท  Basic knowledge of PL/SQL.
ยท  Experience in SOP / Process Document Creation.
