Are you our new Internship Shared Services – IT in TechnipFMC, Kuala Lumpur?

Job Purpose:


Provide relevant administrative, research & analytic support to Shared Services scope to enable effective HR services to stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities:


Internship at TechnipFMC's People & Culture multicultural workforce provides invaluable professional experience and allow students to test the theories and concepts they have been introduced to throughout their university experience. Successful candidates will be performing the following key roles:


·  Provide support for Shared Services including, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
·  Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet Business requirements.
·  Drives change management strategies to support improvement in term of process.
·  Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.

You are meant for this job if:

·  Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent; CGPA of 3.0, or at least second class upper.
·  Knowledge of Visual Basic and Basic Programming will be an added advantage.
·  Enthusiastic to extend knowledge in HR transformation into Digitalization both in terms of business trends and technology trends that influence the area.
·  IT Savvy and able to work independently.
·  Interactive communications and diplomacy (internal & external).
·  Committed to internship placement of six months or longer.
