For this vacancy, TechnipFMC in Spain is looking for a Purchasing Leader to be in charge of all technical activities related to sourcing and purchasing local needs: IT, Travel, Professional Services, Contracted Personnel, Engineering Studies, Facilities, Equipment, Services and Supplies; and follow procurement execution, in full compliance with TechnipFMC code of conduct.

Job description:

- Prepare Bidder Lists from the qualified suppliers and additional suppliers if applicable.
- Prepare bid packages, arrange competitive bidding, expedite timely receipt of bids, evaluate bids, tabulate bids on a commercial basis.
- Negotiate and place POs, manage PO execution, invoicing process including PO close-out.
- Negotiate frame agreements.
- Collaborate with all the involved departments of TechnipFMC Spain.
- Reporting and communication with the regional indirect purchasing.

You are meant for this job if you have:

·  Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or in Commerce.
·  Minimum requirement 5 years of experience in a similar function.
·  Previous experience in similar sector.
·  Knowledge of SAP or similar.
·  Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

·  Fluent in French (desirable).
·  Additional training in Procurement.
·  Relationship and negotiation skills.

Additional information:
Suitable candidate will be offered a local contract.
Salary offer according to experience.
Initially temporary contract with options to become permanent contract.
