· ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum Qualification of a Diploma in Human Resource Management equivalent qualifications.
· Relevant working experience – (2-3) years;
· Excellent interpersonal skills;
· Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
· PC literate routine user of Microsoft Office.
· Duties and Responsibilities
· Leads an effective T&A and mobility process, to ensure the right talent is attracted and appointed to the vacant positions
· within set timeframes
· Liaises with Hiring Managers and HRBP to discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications and collect other relevant
· information regarding new requisitions
· Source the right candidates from our global internal talent pool, external job portals, career fairs, social and professional
· networks
· Shortlist appropriate candidates and validate their suitability for the role through pre-employment screening, behavioral
· interview, validation of credentials and obtaining references
· Communicates with applicants and candidates regarding consideration for employment, the specifics of the role, and job
· offers.
· Monitoring key T&A metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
