Introduction to the Job

TechnipFMC are looking for a HR Coordinator to provide Maternity cover on a part time basis. This position will support the People & Culture team to ensure efficient, accurate and smooth processing of all relevant administration and HR processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle.

Job description
¡  To support the People & Culture Team with HR processes and provide administrative support
¡  Support absence management cases – including managing sick pay entitlements and absence reporting
¡  Support and coordinate family friendly processes, including maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave, flexible working requests
¡  Support and coordinate recruitment and selection processes
¡  Undertake policy development updates when required
¡  Coordinate and maintain the My benefits portal and provide administrative support Compensation & Benefits
¡  Responsible for the HRIS data input, accuracy and maintenance for HR-related data and involved in UAT as required
¡  Provide reports from HRIS as and when required
¡  Provide administrative support to the International Mobility function
¡  Work closely with the People & Culture team to support the delivery of project activities such as bonus and salary reviews and the appraisal campaign
¡  Coordination and facilitation of the induction process and meet with new staff/contractors
¡  Conduct and record exit interviews
¡  Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, mobility expenses etc.
¡  Attend meetings as required to take a written recorded note to summarise the meeting content
¡  Provide support to HR intern - development and delegation of tasks

You are meant for this job if
¡  You have experience in a similar HR role, providing support to HR teams and managing case work
¡  You have experience of maintaining and updating HRIS, preferable Oracle based
¡  You have respect for confidentiality
¡  You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
¡  You have experience dealing with queries from all levels of the business in a customer focused, professional and timeous manner
