HR Analyst (Compensation and Benefits - Planning Processes)

Job description
·  Salary mass calculation, headcount and cost control, HR KPIs, HR Systems data maintenance
·  Act as C&B focal point to internal and external audits, conduct C&B and Employees Services processes improvement actions
·  Participate in budget process including forecasting, monitoring and controlling.

·  Location: Cidade Nova - Rio de Janeiro

You are meant for this job if
·  Bachelor degree, preferrably at Business Administration, HR or related.
·  SAP adn/or Oracle user. Advanced Excel user, VBA is a plus.
·  Experience in C&B, Payroll or Cost Control processes within large companies; Audits support.
·  Fluent in Portuguese, advanced in English.
·  Change management and Lean methodology.
