Graduate Supply Chain Specialist


The TechnipFMC Global Sourcing and Procurement Development Program is a multi-year long development program that provides entry level supply chain professionals with direct experience in several different TechnipFMC job roles. This program exposes a supply chain graduate to different product lines, job functions and business processes within our organization. The Global Sourcing and Procurement Development Program consists of multiple supply chain job related rotations. Each of the rotations could consist of Procurement in one or more business units or in several of the following supply chain disciplines - Sourcing, Transportation and Logistics, Supplier Quality, Quality Control Surveillance and/or Business Analytics. The program will work with the Rotational Supply Chain Specialist to develop interpersonal and professional skills to build towards the future career needs of a supply chain professional. Once the rotation program has successfully been completed, the supply chain specialist and the program management team will evaluate where the supply chain specialist will be placed into the organization that is both fit for the supply chain specialist and the current business needs.

Job description

·  Executes procurement strategies for assigned categories, to ensure that quality, cost effective
·  products are delivered in a timely manner
·  Participates in defining and executing procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk
·  Fulfills strategic sourcing and purchasing activities within time and budget
·  Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry or progressing the project is
·  available in a timely manner
·  Expedites bids, required documentation and deliveries to guarantee the supply conformity against
·  the contractual requirements
·  Supports and conducts negotiations/meetings with vendors
·  Prepares all required documents in due time and owns first pass/first yield
·  Supports Procurement Supplier Quality activities which include qualification and auditing,
·  monitoring Supplier performance, training, communicating quality issues and implementing
·  necessary corrective actions, including source inspection
You are meant for this job if
·  Bachelor degree programs with the following disciplines: Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, Quality or relevant discipline
·  3.0/4.0 GPA minimum.
·  Previous technical internships and experience are a plus.
